How often do you forget to breathe?


You can go for weeks without food, days without water, but only a few minutes without breathing. Breathing has such an immediate impact on your mind and body that even the act of inhaling vs. exhaling affects your nervous system differently.


How often do you suddenly realise you’ve held your breath without realising it?

It’s common to train in diet, exercise and even hydration, but almost no one trains their breath. This is a huge missed opportunity for your physical, mental and emotional health and wellbeing.


My transformational yoga integrates powerful breathing practices to tackle a wide range of issues, including diseases such as diabetes and autoimmune diseases, hormone imbalance, menopause and the condition quietly ruining our lives, relationships and health: stress and anxiety.


You should really try it out - even if it's just once. And if you don't like your first / taster class, I will give your money back!


My timetable of classes is below. Options to join include:


PAY PER CLASS

Pay per class - £5 - 100% money back if you did not enjoy your first class or feel any benefit from it.


121 CLASSES

£35 per class - for your physical, mental or emotional challenges, I design classes to overcome or support your health and wellbeing.


YOGA PLAN - 1, 2 or unlimited access to live classes per week (times below) from £14.99 per month


YOGA VIP - TRIBE - £39.99 per month

Features - access all live classes, access recordings of classes for catch-up or replay, guided meditation library (20 meditations), weekly ‘gathering’ for Q’s and tips, diet and nutrition, plus monthly live meditation.


WEEKLY TIMETABLE*

7am Classes (Tuesday and Thursday) - Awaken your body and mind before work

9am Classes (Mon, Wed, Fri, Saturday) - Kick-start your day - awaken and balance

6pm Classes (Tue and Thur)

Special Class - Sunday 10.30am-12.00pm - Stress and Anxiety (£15.00)
