Our Yoga Wellbeing Day Retreat and Gourmet Lunch Club experience is a wonderful self-treat to restore your body and mind.

Our retreat has been created to provide you with a wonderful blend of therapeutic practices, including yoga, pranayama, guided meditation, journaling, mindfulness motivational talk, and breath coaching. The day offers a delicious healthy plant based lunch and afternoon tea freshly made on the day by Kajal of Kajals Healthy Kitchen.

Yoga Therapy with Pauli
Enjoy a 90 min therapeutic yoga class with Pauli consisting of Pranayama, Yoga and Savasana - suitable for all levels including absolute beginner. In the class Pauli focuses on calming the nervous system, joint mobility and flexibility.

Woodland Mindfulness Walk
Pauli will lead you on a lovely woodland mindfulness walk. Mindfulness in nature is a beautiful practice - connecting all your senses whilst calming and balancing your mind, body and soul.

Kajal's Healthy Kitchen Lunch
Kajal has curated a highly nutritious plant based lunch for our group to enjoy. As you have come to expect from Kajal, the lunch will look as good on the eye as it is to taste. The perfect end to a morning that feeds both the body and mind.
