I specialise in working with people who are looking to improve their joint mobility, flexibility and posture, as well as finding an effective way to reduce stress and anxiety, improve sleep and digestion.


Many of my clients come to me with significant physical, mental and emotional challenges to overcome. Whilst my classes are suitable for all 'levels', they are particularly helpful to absolute beginners.

Drug & Alcohol Rehabilitation

As a specialist in stress and anxiety treatment, I work with a London drug and alcohol rehabilitation clinic to support the recovery of men and women from their dependency. 

Drug and Alcohol Rehabilitation with Pauli focuses on a range of techniques to help with the side effects of rehabilitation such as depression, anxiety and sleep issues. 

I focus on how to manage and control the nervous system through breath and movement. Practices I teach include:

  • Breath coaching

  • Inspirational talk and coaching

  • Yoga therapy

  • Pranayama

  • Meditation

Group and 1:1 Yoga Classes 

Join me for in-person yoga classes. I offer group classes for Men and Women and yoga classes just for Men. Group yoga classes are held as Harrow Arts Centre in Hatch End. Classes are for all levels but predominantly aimed at beginners who are seeking to improve their joint mobility, flexibility and posture while focusing on reducing stress and improving sleep. Private client 1:1 classes are held in the comfort of your own home (in person or online.

Yoga Lunch Club Experience

Join Kajal and Pauli for a wonderful morning of activity starting with restorative yoga, followed by a woodland mindfulness walk, and finishing with a delicious plant based lunch served from their home and crafted by Kajal - the inspiration that is Kajal's Healthy Kitchen.

MY Gravity Yoga® Course for Flexibility and Mobility is a specialist approach helping you unlock tight hips, hamstrings & spines.


As a certified Gravity Yoga instructor I am trained to help you radically transform your flexibility and reduce stress.


What is Gravity Yoga?

It’s a mat-based, targeted mobility training method that helps students with stiff backs, locked up hips, and tight hamstrings.

Classes are hugely popular with Private Clients and in Studios all around the world because they deliver flexibility results quickly.

YogaBody Breathing Course

​Yoga Breathing is a safe and fast way to relieve stress, anxiety, boost digestion, balance your energy, improve sleep and boost confidence.


No experience of any kind is needed. I take a very simple, science-based approach that is effective for everyone.

Stress and a multitude of other external factors are, quite literally, making us sick and in some cases, killing us.

My guided meditations are designed to help you cultivate regular practice to improve your wellbeing, balance and awakening.

I help you explore the restorative power of mindful meditation, Yoga Nidra, talk down meditation and positive affirmations.

Through regular practice, you develop a range of tools to cope with whatever life throws at you; stress release, deep relaxation, restorative sleep, energy, creativity, focus, love, communication, motivation and so much more.
