How is Your Breath Today?

I don’t mean how it smells!

I mean, HOW do YOU BREATHE?


  • Do you forget to breathe or breathe through your mouth?

If you are not already aware, these are some of the signs or symptoms of poor breathing habits that are damaging your health. Don’t believe me? You should, because how long you live depends upon it! 90% of us don't know how to breathe! Breathing is a bodily function that happens naturally, but the chances are you have never learned to breathe properly (90% of us don’t!). Since my own recovery from burn-out, it’s been my personal mission to teach as many people as possible how to live longer and healthier by mastering their breath.
